Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn) (optional)
For the Dumplings:
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade)
- 1/2 cup flour (for coating biscuit dough)
